Manaoag Pangasinan is a first class municipality province of Pangasinan. Manaoag is bordered by Pozorubio in the North Urdaneta City.According to the 2010 census it has a population of 64,578 people.

Bangus- MILK FISH in English, scientific name is Chanos chanos. It is important aquaculture and commercial fish species. Milk fish have no role in the everyday lives.

and also this is one of my favorite food.

Puto is a rice cake shaped like a muffin. This version from Pangasinan is bite-sized. Originally from the town of Calasiao, this rice cake is considered as one of the most prized delicacy of the region.







Pangasinan has been a home for delicious foods from main course to desserts. This is the home for the most delicious bangus, shrimp paste, tupig among others.




Deremen [Duhruhmon] is a Panggalatok version of Pinipig, a young, toasted glutinous rice. Many said that the English version of this was rice puff.

The hundred islands is one of the pangasinan delicacies,collectively comprises these 123 limestone islands most of which are clad in lush vegetation,secretcoves,strips of white sand beaches and sand bars as well as giant clams snorkeling areas amidst largely tranquil waters with gorgeous views....
